Payment

Delivery

- Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery times, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Returns
- If you wish to return a product for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Before returning the product or start a return process, please take photos and videos to verify the condition of the product.
- Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
